Harish Sachdeva has over 20 years of experience in management and sales in Japan. After co-founding Meritech in 2003, he served as COO of the company until 2012 and was responsible for overall operations of the company including sales and marketing. Before Meritech, Harish led sales initiatives at Metatron Technologies, Japan. He handled large accounts such as NTT docomo, J-Phone (now SoftBank) and TU-KA cellular (now merged with KDDI). Harish understands Telecom Industry very well and is passionate for the efficiency of its clients. Under his leadership, Meritech has been creating products which help improve the network quality. Harish wants to keep improving the efficiency of its customers by developing the tools and products in wireless and medical verticals. His interests include providing the right education in schools to make today’s children the leaders of next generation. He also serves as Chairman of Wisdom Social Welfare Trust which runs a school in India.
Harish holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science and Technology from Kurukshetra University, India.
Hisashi Ohtsuji has over 30 years of career as an engineer in the communication measuring instrument market.
As a founding member of Artiza Networks, he contributed greatly to product development, and introduced to all domestic carriers and all manufacturers (at that time) of expertise exchange protocol & protocol testing equipment.
He is also an expert on voice quality measurement, including the VoIP Promotion Council, who was involved in the creation of "IP telephone call quality measurement guidelines", the IPv6 Promotion and Advancement Promotion Council, the WiMAX Forum, the Next Generation IP Network Promotion Forum , The New Generation Network Promotion Forum, Nikkei Digital Core Members, and other activities to contribute to the telecom industry.
Tomoyasu Imamura has over 20 years of extensive experience in mobile industry. He is responsible for sales engineering and manages company operation. Before joining Meritech, he engaged himself in LTE and LTE-Advance system architecture as a lead of network implementation and optimization organization division at NOKIA Japan. Prior to that, he engaged himself in design and architecture of devices and systems of mobile communication systems including HS, PDC, and W-CDMA at NEC. He served as CEO of Meritech Systems Pte. Ltd. in Singapore till 2014.
He holds an electronic engineering degree from Tokyo City University, Japan.
Arif Eqbal has over 18 years of extensive experience in software industry. He manages Meritech’s India operations including research and development activities. Before joining Meritech, Arif led software engineering activities at Impetus Technologies, India. Prior to that, he was a Systems Analyst at Verizon Data Services and Project Engineer at the Center for Development of Advanced Computing.
Arif holds an engineering degree in Electronics and Communications from Madurai Kamaraja University, India.
